摘要
目的:探讨参麦注射液对呼吸衰竭患者免疫功能的影响。方法:将30 例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各15 例。2 组均予常规治疗,治疗组加用参麦注射液40 m l加入5% 葡萄糖250 m l中静滴,每日1 次,2 组均连续治疗10~14 日。2 组患者治疗前后分别测定外周血中T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)及可溶性白细胞介素 α受体(SIL 2R)。结果:治疗组治疗后T 细胞亚群(CD3、CD4)显著升高,SIL 2R 明显降低,其降低水平较对照组治疗后降低更显著(P 均< 0.05)。结论:参麦注射液能提高呼吸衰竭患者的细胞免疫功能,有助于缩短病程。
Objective:To investigate the influences of Shenmei Injection (SMI,参麦注射液) on immune functions in patients with respiratory failure.Methods:30 patients were randomly divided into treated group ( n =15 ) and control group ( n =15 ).Based on conventional therapy for both two groups the SMI 40 ml+5% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously once a day was added in treated group.The therapeutic course was 1014 days for two groups.Before and after therapy the T cell subgroup of periferal blood (CD 3,CD 4,CD 8, CD 4/CD 8 ),immune globulin (IgG,IgA,IgM),and soluble interleukin2 receptor (SIL2R) were detected separately in two groups.Results:After therapy in treated group CD 3 and CD 4 were significantly increased while SIL2R was significantly decreased and the decreased level was much more significant than that in control group after therapy.Conclusions:SMI is able to elevate the cellular immune functions in patients with resperatory failure,to help to shorten the ill course,and to improve the prognosis.
