摘要
移植肾内显著的单核/巨噬细胞(MO)浸润与严重排斥相关,特别是肾小球内MO浸润是移植肾预后不良的指征。对移植肾内MO聚集及其分化调控的深入研究有助于发现移植肾排斥新的治疗靶点。本文回顾性分析相关文献,对MO的来源、分布、分类及其与缺血再灌注损伤和急慢性排斥的关系等加以综述,以期指导临床。
The high infiltrating levels of monocytes/macrophages (MO) in rejecting allografts have been associated with severe rejection, and glomerular MO infiltration in particular has been shown to be an indicator of poor outcome. A deeper understanding of how macrophages accumulate within the kidney and of what factors control their differentiation may identify novel therapeutic targets in transplantation. This review discusses the derivation and distribution of MO and evidence for the various roles played by macrophages including promotion of in? ammation in response to IRI and mediation of kidney damage during rejection.
