摘要
在研究全球油气资源分布特征、全球剩余和待发现油气资源量、全球能源需求及结构变化趋势等的基础上,对影响中国油气供应安全的国际油气市场、油价和油气进口通道、中国石油公司利用境外油气资源优劣势等进行了分析,并探讨了利用境外油气资源的合作潜力,提出了保证境外油气资源战略可持续发展的对策和建议。
Based on the study of global oil and gas resources distribution,world surplus and to be found oil and gas resources and the changing trend of global demand for energy and structure,the factors influencing China's oil and gas supply safety such as international oil & gas market,prices and import channel as well as advantages and disadvantages of Chinese oil companies in utilizing overseas oil and gas resources have been analyzed in detail.Through the research,the cooperation potential of utilizing overseas oil and gas resources is probed into,the countermeasures and suggestions of ensuring overseas oil and gas resources strategy sustainable development are put forward.
