In the first quarter of 2011,international oil price set new historical records continuously since the financial crisis.The article analyzes the factors influencing development trends of oil price in the first quarter and their characteristics.Synthesizing each main influencing factor of international oil price in the second quarter,it forecasts possible development trends.
