摘要
我国医疗服务付费的现状制约了相关诊断分组(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)在中国的发展,而病案首页数据库是研究和实施DRGs系统的主要数据来源,加强病案管理有助于推动DRGs系统的发展,本文进一步讨论在医疗费用改革过程中加强病案管理的必要性和注意事项。
The current situation of medical service payment in our country restricts the development of related Diagnosis Related Group（DRGs）.Database of front sheet of medical record is the main data resource of research and implement DRGs system.Medical record management strengthening helps to push the development of DRGs system.This paper further discusses the necessity and points for attention of medical record management strengthening during medical expenses reform.
