The Training of Consciousness of Ethics for Medical Students in Clinical Teaching

医学伦理学在临床实践中非常重要,医学模式及医患社会关系的重新定位进一步推动了医学伦理内容的变化。在临床实习教学过程中这部分内容往往重视度不够,使医学生在管理病人、病历书写等方面遇到诸多伦理方面问题。因此通过在临床实习、见习过程中采用多种方式加强这一方面的教育和认识,使年轻医师即有高尚的医德又能树立良好的法律意识,有助于缓和医患矛盾、构建和谐医患关系,也有助于提高学生在将来实际工作中的认识水平和处理问题的能力。

Medical ethics is quite important in clinical practice.The re-orientation of medical model and clinician-patient social relation further promote the change of medical ethics content.During clinical practice teaching,it doesn＇t been valued enough making medical students come across ethics problems in patient management and medical record writing and etc.Therefore,the education and recognition of ethics should be strengthened during clinical practice,which enable young clinicians to have noble medical ethics and to build better law consciousness.It not only helps to ease up the conflict between doctors and patients,but also to improve students＇ recognition level and problem handling ability in their future work.
