利福平致急性肾功能衰竭伴急性溶血性贫血及肝功能异常1例文献分析

A Document Analysis on Acute Kidney Failure and Acute Hemolytic Anemia and Liver Dysfunction Causing by Rifampicin

目的为临床及时发现、诊断、治疗利福平所致急性肾功能衰竭提供参考。方法对我院利福平致急性肾功能衰竭1例及国内已经报道的临床资料进行综合分析。结果综合我院1例利福平致急性肾功能衰竭及文献报道共44例患者的一般资料、给药方法、发生时间、处理及结果,其中32例既往有使用利福平史,在服药后15分钟至50天发病,积极治疗后可缓解。结论在使用利福平的过程中应密切监测肾功能,及时发现利福平所致的急性肾功能衰竭。

Objective This paper provides reference for clinical with timely finding out and diagnosing and treating acute kidney failure causing by rifampicin.Methods One case in this hospital about acute kidney failure causing by rifampicin and clinical materials reported already have been comprehensively analyzed.Results This paper analyzes the materials,medication,attack time,treatment and results of one case in the hospital and 44 cases in document report.32 cased of them having taking rifampicin history,the attack time are around 15 minutes to 50 days after taking pills.They are getting better after active treatment.Conclusions During taking rifampicin,we should watch closely about kidney function,finding out timely acute kidney failure causing by rifampicin.
