Monoclonal Antibody:the Treatment and Inducement of the Virus Diseases

对单克隆抗体在病毒性疾病治疗和引起病毒感染增强两方面的作用进行了综述，分析了各自涉及的机理。指出二者是矛盾的统一体，辩证地看待是前提，深入研究是关键。

We reviewed the monoclonal antibody's role in treatment of virus diseases and the phenomenon of antibody dependent enhancement,analysed their mechanics respectively and pointed out both of them were controverted to each other and connected with each other.Therefore we should hold a balanced view on them,further the research work about them,utilize the good effect of McAb and avoid the bad one.\;
