抗抑郁药在特殊人群中的应用

Use of Antidepressive Drugs in Special Population

目的:对抗抑郁药在特殊人群中的应用及注意事项进行阐述,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:通过文献、资料检索对特殊人群抗抑郁药的使用及注意事项进行总结。结果:儿童青少年首选SSRI,妊娠期患者使用抗抑郁药会导致"新生儿适应不良综合征",围绝经期应用选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)联用雌激素效果较好,老年抑郁症患者优先选择SSRI。结论:特殊人群由于多种因素较正常成人不同,在使用药物时应加以注意,做到合理化给药。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the use of antidepressive drugs and the key points needing attention for special population in using this kind of drugs so as to provide references for rational use of antidepresive drugs.METHODS：We reviewed published literature and summarized the use and the key points needing attention for special population in the use of antidepressive drugs.RESULTS：SSRI was the first line medication for children and adolescents with depression.Antidepressive drugs used in pregnancy patients might lead to neonate mala justment syndrome.SSRI combined with estrogen was more effective for woman at perimenopausal period if used with.SSRI was preferably used for elderly patients.CONCLUSION：The antidepressive drugs should be used with more caution in special population considering their differences from the normal adults caused by different factors so to achieve rational drug use.
