2007—2009年抗精神病药应用分析

Use of Antipsychotic Drugs During 2007-2009 Period

目的:了解广西脑科医院抗精神病药的应用情况及发展趋势。方法:采用WHO推荐的以DDD数为指标的药物利用研究方法,计算我院2007—2009年3年间抗精神病药的销售金额、用药频度、日用金额等指标并进行排序。结果:抗精神病药的年用药金额及用药频度逐年提高。非典型抗精神病药虽然日用药金额普遍较高,但由于其优点突出,已逐渐被临床所接受并广泛使用,典型抗精神病药因价格低廉等原因仍占有不小市场份额。结论:我院抗精神病药应用合理,非典型抗精神病药的DDDs排序靠前,是治疗精神分裂症及其他精神病性障碍的首选。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into status quo and developmental trend of the use of antipsychotic drugs in Guangxi Hospital of Cerebrology.METHODS：With DDD recommended by WHO for drug utilization review taken as index,the use of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital during the period 2007-2009 was analyzed regarding the consumption sum,DDDs,DDC and their rankings.RESULTS：The annual consumption sum of the antipsychotic drugs increased year on year.With outstanding advantages,the atypical antipsychotic drugs have been gradually accepted by clinic and gained widespread use in spite of their high DDC.The typical antipsychotic drugs still took a large market share because of their low cost and other factors.CONCLUSION：The use of antipsychotic drugs in our hospital is rational.The atypical antipsychotic drugs took the lead in terms of DDDs and which are the first choice for treatment of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
