摘要
目的:调查首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院调节血脂药的应用情况,为临床管理和合理用药提供参考。方法:调查我院2008—2010年3年中调节血脂药销售金额、销售量,采用金额分析法、用药频度(DDDs)分析法对调节血脂药的销售金额、年DDDs和日用药金额等进行统计和分析。结果:调节血脂药的销售额以每年近30%的增长速度递增,DDDs同步性较好。其中占主导地位的是他汀类药物,多烯酸乙酯胶丸的用药频度仅次于阿托伐他汀和辛伐他汀。结论:我院调节血脂药应用合理,管理完善;疗效好、价格低的调节血脂药具有良好的发展趋势。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of lipid-regulating agents in our hospital for references of clinical management and rational use of this category of drugs.METHODS：The utilization data such as consumption sum and quantity of lipid-regulating agents in our hospital during 2008-2010 were investigated for statistically analysis regarding the consumption sum,annual DDDs and DDC by methods of consumption analysis and DDDs analysis.RESULTS：The consumption sum of lipid-regulating agents increased by about 30% annually,and the DDDs showed good synchronism.Statins were the dominant lipid-regulating agents in our hospital.Ethyl polyenoate soft capsule ranked only second to atorvastatin and simvastatin in DDDs.CONCLUSION：The use of lipid-regulating agents in our hospital was rational and under well control.The lipid-regulating agents with good therapeutic effects and low price hold a promising future.
