2008—2010年解热镇痛抗炎药应用分析

Use of Antipyretic Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Drugs During 2008-2010 Period

目的:了解川北医学院附属医院解热镇痛药物使用情况及发展趋势,为今后的药物合理使用提供参考。方法:采用WHO推荐的用药频度(DDDs)作为评价药物利用的指标,回顾性分析我院2008—2010年解热镇痛抗炎药的整体、分类和重点单品种应用情况。结果:该类药物的用药品种、销售量、用药频度逐年增多;昔康类抗炎镇痛药在临床应用广泛,已成为一线药物。结论:疗效确切、不良反应少且价格适中的药物才是临床广泛应用、医患广泛认可的药物。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and tendency of the utilization of antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs in our hospital for references of rational drug use.METHODS：With DDDs recommended by WHO used as drug utilization review index,we retrospectively analyzed the use of antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs（total,different categories and major kinds） in our hospital during 2008-2010 period.RESULTS：The number of varieties,consumption quantity and DDDs ofantipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs showed a year-on-year increase.The clinical use of Meloxicamwas widespread and it has become the first line drug.CONCLUSION：Theantipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs with proved efficacy,mild side effects and reasonable price gained extensive clinical use and popularity.
