摘要
目的:分析泸州医学院附属医院抗高血压药的应用情况和发展趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对2007—2009年抗高血压药的品种、销售金额、用药频度、限定日费用等进行统计、分析。结果:3年来钙通道阻滞剂的销售金额及所占百分比排序居首位,居第2、3位的是血管血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂。结论:钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)以及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂(ARB)是临床最常用的3类抗高血压药。
OBJECTIVE：To analyz the status quo and developmental tendency of the use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital for references of clinical rational use of this kind of medicines.METHODS：The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 was analyzed statistically with regard to the varieties,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC etc.RESULTS：The calcium channel blockers dominated the first place over the 3 years in both consumption sum and percentage,followed by angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors（ACEI） and then angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocking agents（ARB）.CONCLUSION：CCB,ACEI and ARB are three most commonly used antihypertensive drugs clinically.
