基于一体化调度管理系统的三项分析制度建设

The construction of Three Analysis System Based on Integrated OMS

为促进电网调度运行精细化和标准化管理,提出了基于一体化调度管理系统(OMS)的电网调度三项分析制度建设方案。该方案以OMS的业务数据和能量管理系统等自动化系统的实时数据为数据源,充分利用省地调一体化OMS的业务流程,基于OMS支撑平台开发实现三项分析制度。基于该方案开发的省地调一体化三项分析制度管理系统已在江西电网成功应用,为加强电网安全生产动态闭环管理,实现电网调度分析常态化、规范化、流程化提供了有力的技术支撑。

In order to promote the elaboration and standardization of Power Grid dispatching operation, the construction program of Three Analysis System based on integrated Operation Management System （OMS）is proposed. The program takes the business data of OMS and the real-time data of EMS as the data source, makes full use of the integrated OMS. The province and region integrated Three Analysis System has been successfully applied to Jiangxi Power Grid. It provides strong technical support for strengthening the dynamic closed-loop management of power safety operation and achieving the normalization, standardization and process of power dispatching.
