电子脉冲并排尿训练治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨低频电子脉冲治疗加排尿训练和膀胱括约肌控制力训练在治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者中的应用方法和效果。方法将84例脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者随机分为观察组(43例)与对照组(41例),两组患者均于伤后1w指导其行排尿训练和膀胱括约肌控制力训练,观察组在此基础上采用低频电子脉冲治疗仪进行治疗。1个月后对两组患者自主排尿恢复情况和自主排尿恢复时间进行比较。结果观察组患者恢复自主排尿有36例(占83.7),对照组有23例(占56.1);观察组自主排尿恢复时间平均为(17.19±5.20)d,对照组为(21.48±5.16)d,两组比较,t=-3.101,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将排尿训练、膀胱括约肌控制力的训练与低频电子脉冲治疗仪相结合可促进脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者膀胱功能的恢复,提高其自主排尿恢复率。 Objective To explore the applicative effectiveness of low frequency electron pulse and bladder training in treating patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal injury.Methods Eighty-four patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal injury were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 43) and the control group(n = 41).Patients in both groups received bladder training one week after injury.The observation group also received low frequency electron pulse treatment.One month later,automatic micturition,aided micturition,intermittent urethral catheterization and automatic micturition recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results Thirty-six patients in the observation group(83.7%) recovered automatic micturition and 23 patients in the control group(56.1%) recovered automatic micturition.The automatic micturition recovery time was(17.19±5.20)d and(21.48±5.16)d in the observation group and the control group,respectively.The differences were significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Combination of bladder training,sphincter muscle training and low frequency electron pulse treatment can promote function recovery in patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal injury.
