摘要
目的探讨护士对所需求工作环境认可度,为护理管理者制订管理方法提供依据。方法用盖洛普Q12调查表对400名护士进行调查,了解护士对所需求工作环境的认可程度。结果护士能明确对自己工作的要求,在单位有一位最要好的朋友,有做好工作所需要的材料和设备,认可度分别为97.0、87.5和80.8;对环境中管理人员和同事的认可度在50.5-74.0;个人潜能发展方面受到重视的认可度在40.8-45.8。结论护理管理者应为护士营造一个积极、高效的工作环境,提升护士自我价值实现的工作场所,建立良好的人际沟通环境,让护士各尽其能,发挥优势,从而塑造了一个优秀的护理团队。
Objective To explore nurses' approval degree on their working environment,and provide evidence for nursing management.Method Gallop Q12 was used to investigate 400 nurses on their approval degree of their working environment.Results Nurses knew clearly their working requirements,they hoped they had a best friend in the working unit,and they hoped there were adequate materials and equipment for their work.The approval degrees were 97.0%,87.5% and 80.8%,respectively.Their approval degree for their managers and colleagues was between 50.5%-74.0%.Their approval degree for their potential development was between 40.8%-45.8%.Conclusion Nursing managers should provide a positive and effective environment for nurses,in which nurses can achieve their self-value,establish good personal relationship and give full play to their capability,and thus create an excellent nursing team.
