两种新生儿剪脐方法的效果观察

目的探讨传统的气门芯摘脐护理方法和改良后的二次剪脐方法的效果。方法将400例新生儿按住院号单双号分为对照组和实验组,每组各200例。对照组新生儿采用传统的气门芯摘脐护理方法,等待残端自然脱落;实验组在气门芯摘脐的基础上,于新生儿出生后,在结扎下方用手术剪刀剪去残端脐带。比较两组新生儿脐部并发症发生情况及脐带脱落时间。结果实验组新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(均P<0.01);脐带脱落时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01)。结论采用二次剪脐方法,可减少新生儿脐部并发症的发生,有效促进脐部愈合,提高脐部护理质量。

Objective To explore the effec of traditional umbilicus cutting and modified two-time umbilicus cutting.Methods Four hundred newborns were divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 200 newborns in each group.Newborns in the control group received traditional umbilicus cutting and the stump fell off naturally.Newborns in the experiment group received traditional umbilicus cutting and the stump was cut off 48 hours after birth.Complications in the umbilical region and the time umbilical cord fell off were compared between the two groups.Result The incidence rate of complications was lower and the umbilical cord fell off more quickly in the experiment group than that in the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion Two-time umbilicus cutting reduces the occurrence of complications,promotes umbilicus healing,and increase nursing quality of umbilicals nursing.
