区别“粉刺”与“痤疮”理论与实践意义

The Theoretical and Practical Significance of Distinctions between "Pimples" and "Acne"

南方医科大学杨柳教授在新编全国高等中医药院校规划教材《中医外科学》编写中,用"痤疮"取代既往一直沿用的"粉刺"病名,区别了"粉刺"与"痤疮"的不同含义,明确规范了痤疮的内涵,对于说明痤疮的证治规律,启迪临床思维,提高疗效,具有重要的理论与实践意义。

＂Pimples＂,the previous used disease name,has been replaced with ＂acne＂ by Professor Yang Liu in Southern Medical University,in preparation for the New National TCM colleges and universities planning materials.This replacement distinguished different meanings between ＂pimples＂ and ＂acne＂,and clearly defined the connotation of acne.It has important theoretical and practical significance,because this change not only explain therapeutic principle of acne,inspire the clinical thinking,but also improve the curative effect.
