摘要 本文首先分析了传统现场总线的特点,简单介绍了现场总线标准IEC61158的第四版采用的20种现场总线、工业以太网、实时以太网,指出实时以太网技术已经成为现场总线发展的必然趋势。本文分析了实时以太网的关键技术,就EPA、EtherCAT等几种实时以太网技术的技术特点进行了比较,最后指出传统现场总线将逐渐被实时以太网替代用于PLC产品,尤其在中高档PLC产品中。 In this paper an analysis is conducted on the characteristics of the traditional field bus.The paper introduces 20 kinds of fieldbus,industrial Ethernet and real-time Ethernet in the fourth edition of fieldbus standard IEC61158.The real-time Ethernet has become an inevitable trend of fieldbus.The key technology of real-time Ethernet and technical features of EPA and EtherCAT are provided.Traditional fieldbus will be gradually replaced by real-time Ethernet for PLC,especially in the high-end PLC products.
