摘要
文章从改变大型煤矿主通风机分散就地操作的弊端,解决对通风机的主要参数和工况进行在线监测及和企业管理软件的数据链接问题出发,在综合考虑通风机各种技术性能和煤矿安全要求的基础上,介绍了一种基于MCGS工控组态软件的矿井主通风机在线监测系统实现通风机运行状态的在线监测及控制,通过与中央控制室工业控制计算机联网,实现了通风机设备现场无人值守的状态,并对系统组成、监控功能及数据处理进行了分析。
To change main ventilator operating scattered and to solve the main parameters and operating condition on-line monitoring and data link to enterprise management software,this paper present mine main ventilator on-line monitoring system to achieve operational status of the on-line monitoring and control based on MCGS.It is internetworked with the computer and achieve unattended operation and system components,monitoring and data processing were analyzed.
