摘要
目的建立以HPLC法测定大黄蟅虫丸中黄芩苷的含量,提高药品的质量控制。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,选用美国热电C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,流速:0.8ml·min-1,检测波长:276nm。结果黄芩苷在0.1044~0.9396μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性,r=1.0000,方法的平均回收率为96.3%,RSD为1.4%。结论本法简便、快速、结果准确、分离效果好,为药品的质量控制提供更有效的措施。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for improvement of the way of extracting for determinating condition and optimization quantitatively determining.Methods Thermo-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm)column was used with methanol-water-Phosphomolybdic Acid(47:53:0.2) The flow rate 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 276nm.Results The sodium Baicalin presents a good Linearity(r=1.0000) within the range of 0.1044~0.9396μg·mL-1.The average recovery rate were 96.3% and the RSD=1.4%(n=6).Conclusions The method of extracting is simple,fast,accurate and with a good separating result.Thus provide a basis for the quality evaluation of the Da Huang Zhe Chong pellet
