基于IGBT多电平技术的抽水蓄能电站新型SFC起动系统

摘要 介绍了一种抽水蓄能电站机组水泵工况下起动的新型变频起动系统,该变频起动系统采用了基于IGBT的高压多电平静止变频器(SFC)。与传统晶闸管方式SFC相比,新型SFC变频起动系统具有磁极定位准确、谐波污染少、起动时间短、占地体积少、维护量低等特点,极大提高了电站运行水平。本文以电压等级为15.75kV容量为250MVA的蓄能机组为设计对象,介绍了新型SFC的结构原理。 A novel static frequency converter (SFC) is proposed based on multilevel cascaded H-bridge (CHB) converter using IGBT. Comparing with the traditional SFC using Ioad-commutated inverter (LCI), it has plenty of advantages such as compact configuration, fast response speed, high control precision, high input power factor and low harmonic current. The topology and principle of the novel SFC designed for the 15.75kV/250MVA pumped-storage generator is presented.
