摘要
为了保证电网自动化系统信息传输的可靠性,通信规约应保证重要信息的优先传输以及传输时间响应的要求。在监视和控制系统中,通信规约状态量和测量值变化的不同响应时间指标就显得尤为重要。本文以八达岭变电站接入西沙屯集控站工程实践的通信调试项目为例,结合101规约的基本理论讨论101规约在调试过程中的难点和注意事项。
Communication protocol should guarantee the transmission priority of important message and the response requirement of transmission time to ensure transmission reliability of automatic system information of power grid. It is more important that the different response time of changing state and measurement value of communication protocol, in monitoring and control system. This article illustrates the debugging project of communication connecting Badaling substation to Xishatun centralized-control substation, with which integrates basic theories of 101 protocol to discuss difficult and important notices in the process of its debugging.
