摘要
①目的 探讨食管切除全胃代食管术后的胃排空时间( G E T)及其临床意义。②方法 采用核素99m Tc标记的半流质试验餐闪烁显像法,分别测定 20 例手术前、20 例手术后病人及 20 例正常人胃的半排空时间( G E T1/2 )。③结果 术前组与对照组 G E T1/2 无明显差异;术后组 G E T1/2 较术前组明显加快,差异有显著意义( F=6.38,q= 4.54, P< 0.05)。④结论 食管切除全胃代食管术后早期,胃对半流质食物排空加快,且与病人术后消化功能紊乱有着密切关系。
Objective\ To study gastric empting time (GET) and its clinical significance in patients after esophagectomy and esophagoplasty with stomach.\ Methods\ With isotope labelled semiliquid meal for scintigram, GET 1/2 was measured in 20 patients before and after esophagectomy, 20 normal people. \ Results\ GET 1/2 was not significantly different between the preoperative group and normal people group, GET 1/2 was faster obviously in patients after operation than that before operation ( F= 6.38 , q=4.54,P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ There is close relationship between the fast GET 1/2 for semiliquid meal and the patient's digestive disorder in early stage after operation.\;
