食管切除胃代食管术后胃排空时间测定

STUDY OF GASTRIC EMPYTING TIME IN PATIENTS AFTER ESOPHAGECTOMY AND ESOPHAGOPLASTY

①目的 探讨食管切除全胃代食管术后的胃排空时间（ Ｇ Ｅ Ｔ）及其临床意义。②方法 采用核素９９ｍ Ｔｃ标记的半流质试验餐闪烁显像法，分别测定 ２０ 例手术前、２０ 例手术后病人及 ２０ 例正常人胃的半排空时间（ Ｇ Ｅ Ｔ１／２ ）。③结果 术前组与对照组 Ｇ Ｅ Ｔ１／２ 无明显差异；术后组 Ｇ Ｅ Ｔ１／２ 较术前组明显加快，差异有显著意义（ Ｆ＝６．３８，ｑ＝ ４．５４， Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。④结论 食管切除全胃代食管术后早期，胃对半流质食物排空加快，且与病人术后消化功能紊乱有着密切关系。

Objective\ To study gastric empting time (GET) and its clinical significance in patients after esophagectomy and esophagoplasty with stomach.\ Methods\ With isotope labelled semiliquid meal for scintigram, GET 1/2 was measured in 20 patients before and after esophagectomy, 20 normal people. \ Results\ GET 1/2 was not significantly different between the preoperative group and normal people group, GET 1/2 was faster obviously in patients after operation than that before operation ( F= 6.38 , q=4.54,P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ There is close relationship between the fast GET 1/2 for semiliquid meal and the patient's digestive disorder in early stage after operation.\;
