试论《韩非子》中所引“孔子”材料——兼及韩非对于孔子思想的舍取

A Study of Cited "Confucius" Materials in Hanfeizi:——Also on Han Fei's Choice on the Thought of Confucius

韩非作为法家学派的代表,对于儒家学派多有责难和排斥。但是儒家思想与孔子思想并不完全是等同的,韩非对于孔子的思想并不是一味地批判。《韩非子》55篇当中记载有大量关于孔子言行思想的材料,基于这些材料的剖析,从而试着探讨韩非对于孔子思想的舍取。与此同时,进而对韩非思想给予一个中肯的定位。

As a representative of Legalists,Han Fei censures and eliminates Confucianism a lot.However Confucianism and the thought of Confucius aren＇t entirely identical,Han Fei doesn＇t blindly criticize the thought of Confucius.There are a large number of the materials of words,deeds and thoughts about Confucius is 55 pieces of Hanfeizi.Based on the analysis of these materials,we try to explore Han Fei＇s choice on the thought of Confucius,meanwhile givng a fair position to Han Fei.
