黄芪注射液合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭52例

Clinical Observation of Carvediol Combined Huangqi Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察卡维地洛联合黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 104例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加服卡维地洛,起始剂量为3.125mg,bid,5d后加倍,目标剂量25mg/d,疗程6个月,另用黄芪注射液30ml加入250ml5%葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中稀释静滴,qid,使用2周。应用多普勒超声心动图观察2组治疗前、后心脏结构及功能的改变情况,并比较治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为92.3%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗后复查时,观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、NYHA分级等指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛联合黄芪注射液能够改善慢性心力衰竭患者心脏结构和功能,提高疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Carvediol combined with Huangqi injection on patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 104 cases of hospitalized patients with CHF were randomly divided into control group received routine anti-failure therapy and observation group treated with routine anti-failure therapy,Carvediol and Huangqi injection.Pretherapy and post-treatment,cardiac structure and function indexes were measured by Doppler echocardiography,and therapeutic efficacy was also evaluated after treatment in two groups.Results After six months,total effective rate of control group（75%） and observation group（92.3%） were compared,there were significant differences（P0.05）.Cardiac structure and function indexes of LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD and NYHA in observation group were significantly better than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Carvediol combined with Huangqi injection in the treatment of CHF can improve the cardiac structure,function and outcome in the patients with CHF.
