摘要
目的在正畸治疗中,比较带环颊面管与粘接型颊面管对矫治效果与牙周健康的影响。方法选择66例病人264颗磨牙随机两组:粘接型颊面管(观察组)32例;带环颊面管(对照组)34例,比较两组的矫治效果与牙周健康情况。结果两组脱落率无显著性(P>0.005),牙周健康情况有显著性差异(P<0.005),结论粘接型颊面管比带环颊面管对牙周的不利影响有所减少,粘接型颊面管优带环颊面管。
Objective In orthodontic treatment,compare the baccal tube with rings and the adhesive type baccal tube for correction effect and periodontal health＇s effect.Methods Choose 66 patients＇ 264 stars molar randomly divided into two groups：the adhesive type baccal tube（The observation group） 32 cases;the baccal tube with rings（The contrast group） 34 cases,compare with two groups of correction effect and periodontal health condition.Results Two groups of shedding rates have no significant differences（P0.005）.The periodontal health condition has significant differences（P0.005）.Conclusion The adhesive type baccal tube is lower in adverse effect than the baccal tube with rings.The adhesive type baccal tube is superior to the baccal tube with rings.
