摘要
目的评估电针对排卵障碍不孕大鼠模型的促排卵作用;方法选用SD雌性大鼠幼鼠于出生第9日龄注射丙酸睾丸酮制作大鼠模型,采用放免测定等方法对电针治疗后的大鼠的内分泌功能进行观察;结果电针能明显提高大鼠血清促卵泡刺激素FSH和促黄体生成素LH的水平以改善大鼠内分泌机能促进卵泡的发育和排卵;结论以补肾立法的电针方法通过影响大鼠FSHLH的水平,改善其内分泌机能,电针对排卵障碍有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the action of Electroacupuncture in the promotion of ovulation.Methods Anovulatory infertility rats model was established by injecting testosterone propionate subcutaneously to SD female rats of 9 days age.Endocrine function in rats after Electroacupuncture were observed by radioimmuno-assay.Results Electroacupuncture greatly raised the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in rat serum to improve the endocrine function and promote the growth of follicle and ovulation.Conclusion Electroacupuncture based on the role of invigorating the kidney by affecting the level of FSH and LH of the rat improves its endocrine function,Electroacupuncture has better effects in the treatment of ovulatory disorder.
