热性惊厥与癫痫 被引量：4

摘要 热性惊厥发展为癫痫的危险因素 首次热性惊厥前已存在明显的神经系统异常或发育落后。 复杂型热性惊厥的主要特征包括：①单次惊厥发作持续≥15分钟。
