摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病大血管病变与血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的关系。方法:采用放免法测定正常对照组47例、糖尿病无血管并发症组27例、合并大血管并发症组33例、合并微血管病变组22例、非糖尿病大血管病变组14例血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平。结果:糖尿病组血浆内皮素为(83.16±48.23)ng/L,降钙素基因相关肽为(78.47±57.33)ng/L,分别高于正常对照组ET(51.19±16.75)ng/L,CGRP(36.89±17.30)ng/L,有显著性差异,P<0.05。糖尿病合并大血管并发症组CGRP为(84.92±52)ng/L,较无血管并发症组CGRP(45.75±27.77)ng/L增高,P<0.05,糖尿病大血管病变组与非糖尿病大血管病变组ET、CGRP水平相比无显著性差异。结论:糖尿病病人ET、CGRP较正常人升高,主要与血管病变有关,糖尿病病人在临床尚未出现血管病变表现时即已有血管内皮功能损害。
Objective: To subject investigation on the
relationship between plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin generelated peptide
(CGRP) and the angiopathy in diabetic patients Methods: Plasma endothelin levels and
calcitonin generelated peptide levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in 47 normal
subjects,27 without complication in diabetes mellitus,33 with diabetic angiopathy,22 with
microangiopathy,and 14 with angiopathy in nondiabetic patients Results: The plasma endothlin
levels in diabetes groups (83164823)ng/L were significantly higher than those of the normal
subjects (51191675)ng/L,P<005,The plasma calcitonin generelated peptide levels in diabetes
groups (78475733)ng/L were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects

normal subjects,and the ET and CGRP is closely related with angiopathy of diabetesIt showed
vascular endothelial damages before appearing clinical expression of angiopathy in diabetes
