摘要
目的:探讨白介素-8(IL-8)在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)气道炎症中的作用。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测10例COPD急性发作期和10例正常对照组痰及血清的IL-8水平。结果:COPD患者痰IL-8水平为(1982.24±901.07)ng/L、血清IL-8水平为(668.16±398.05)ng/L,明显高于正常人痰(769.6±570.14)ng/L及血清(117.78±123.61)ng/L(P<0.01及P<0.05)。COPD患者痰IL-8水平明显高于血清(P<0.01),且无明显相关性(r=0.18,P>0.05)。COPD患者痰IL-8水平与第一秒用力肺活量百分比(FEV1)呈明显负相关(r=-0.67,P<0.01)。结论:IL-8在COPD气道炎症及气道阻塞中均起重要作用,检测痰IL-8水平较血清更能反映COPD气道炎症情况。
Objective: To explore the role of interleukin8(IL8) in the airway inflammation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Method: IL8 of induced sputum and serum in 10 patients with acute COPD and in 10 normal subjects was detected by ELISA method Results: IL8 of induced sputum (19822490107)ng/L and serum (6681639805)ng/L in patients with cute COPD was much higher than that of induced sputum(769657014)ng/L and serum (1177812361)ng/L in normal subjects (P<001 and P<005)IL8 of induced sputum was also much higher than that of serum in COPD (P<001)And there was no correlation between IL8 of induced sputum and that of serum in patients with COPD (r=018,P>005)In addition,there was high negative correlation between IL8 of induced sputum and FEV1 in patients with COPD (r=-067,P<001) Conclusion: IL8 play an important role in the airway inflammation and airway obstruction of COPDDetection of the level of IL8 in induced sputum was more capable of reflecting airway inflammation of COPD than in serum\=
