胸腔镜手术临床应用探讨

目的:探讨胸腔镜手术在胸外科手术中的应用。方法:回顾15例胸腔镜手术在胸外科手术中的应用,分析胸腔镜手术的实施方法和临床疗效。结果:与传统手术相比,胸腔镜手术具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少等特点。结论:胸腔镜手术在临床胸外科手术中,具有更好地发展前景,尤其对高龄,心肺功能差,对开胸手术耐受差的患者尤为适应。

Objective：study the applications of thoracoscopic surgery on the operations of general thoracic surgery.Method：to review the applications of thoracoscopic surgery in the operations of general thoracic surgery,the total is 15 cases.analyse the implementation method and clinical curative effect of the thoracoscopic surgery.RESULT：compared with the traditional surgery,thoracoscope surgery has little injury quick recovery,fewer complications,ets.Conclusions：video assisded thoracic surgery in clinical thoracic surgery is in secoo better prospect for development,especially for the eldly,cardio-pulmonary function is poor,especially adapt for patients that can＇t tolerant thoracotomy.
