摘要
目的:评价热毒宁注射液治疗儿童病毒性肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法:70例病毒性肺炎患儿随机分两组,观察组给予热毒宁注射液治疗,0.5～0.6ml/(kg·日),1次/日,静滴;对照组给予病毒唑注射液治疗,10～15mg/(kg·日),1次/日,静滴。两组均5天1疗程。结果:治疗5天后观察组疗效优于对照组(X2=11.3,P<0.05)。观察组体温疗效明显优于对照组(X2=11.61,P<0.05)。结论:用药5天后热毒宁注射液治疗儿童病毒性肺炎的疗效优于对照组,并且安全性良好。
Objective：Evaluation of the efficacy and safety about heat-toxin Injection treatming children with viral pneumonia,the efficacy and safety.Methods：70 cases of viral pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group was given heat-toxin Injection,0.5 ～0.6ml/（kg·d）,day 1,intravenous drip;control group was given ribavirin injection,10 ～15mg/（kg·d）,day1,intravenous drip.5 days a course of treatment in both groups.Results：Treatment of the disease after five days observation group was more effective than the control group（X2=11.3,P0.05）.Treatment efficacy of 5 days observation group was superior temperature control group（X2 =11.61,P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficence of five days after the treatment of heat toxic Injection treating children with viral pneumonia is more effective than coutrol group,and thas good secrity worthy to be popularized.
