超声检查在男性生殖系统体检中的结果分析

目的:了解男性生殖疾病情况,探讨今后男性生殖疾病的防治重点。方法:对参加普查的男性应用超声检查前列腺、阴囊及内容物,对可疑病例进行临床追踪及治疗后复查超声以明确诊断,整理资料并进行统计分析。结果:普查人数230例,查出各种男性生殖疾病78例,患病率33.9%。精索静脉曲张、前列腺炎及前列腺增生的患病率明显增高,各年龄组的患病分类情况有差异(P<0.01)。结论:坚持男性生殖疾病的定期普查,加大男性生殖保健知识的宣传力度,有效降低男性生殖系统疾病的患病率。

To understand the present situation of the male genital system disease,and discuss with the future focus on prevention and treatment.Methods：General survey the prostate,scrotum and contents by ultrasonic,tracing the suspected cases and confirm the diagnosis after the review,and datas were analysed.Results：230 male were investigated,the case of the male genital system disease was 78,the prevalence rate was 33.9%.The rate of varicocele,prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia were higher.With the different age groups,the rate of the male genital system disease has the significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion：It is very important to enlarge the general survey and treatment of the male genital system disease,also to strengthen self care consciousness.
