尸眼囊袋内植入人工晶体的观察

A STUDY ON IOL IMPLANTATION IN THE CAPSULAR BAG IN CADAVER EYES

目的 :通过在青年尸眼囊袋内植入人工晶体 ( Intraocular lens,IOL)的观察 ,指导白内障摘除术后 IOL 的选择 ,减少术后并发症。方法 :研究 2 0只青年尸眼晶体囊袋和睫状体环之间的关系 ,3种不同尺寸的 IOL 分别植入囊袋后其位置及变化情况。结果 :晶体囊袋平均直径为 10 .13 m m,植入总长度为 11.0 mm的 IOL时 ,囊袋基本保持圆形且后囊膜未见张力线 ,IOL在囊袋内未见游动现象 ;植入总长度为 12 .75 m m及 13 .5 m m的 IOL时 ,囊袋呈椭圆形且后囊膜出现明显张力线 ,两袢均与睫状突相接触。结论 :IOL 进行囊袋内植入时国人应选用 11～ 11.5 mm长度 ,改良 C袢的

Objective:To investigate the implantation of in the bag fixation intraocular lens (IOL) in youth cadaver eyes in order to choose the IOL size after cataract surgery and decrease complications Methods:We studied the relation between lens capsular bag and ciliary processes (CP),the position and the change after three IOLs implanted in the capsular bag in 20 youth cadaver eyes Results:The mean capsular bag diameter (CBD) was 10 13 mm Maintaining circular,the capsular bag didn't find tension lines on the posterior capsule and movement when we implanted a loop diameter 11 0 mm IOL We viewed the oval bag,the tension lines and the loop's touch to ciliary processes when implanting 12 75～13 5 mm IOL Conclusion:Chinese can choose loop diameter between 11 and 11 5mm ,modified C loop IOL when implanting IOLs in the capsular bag
