摘要
目的 :了解双“J”导管体内留置后不同时间的表面变化情况以及与原发病的关系。方法 :对 2 5例 2 6条双“J”导管进行细菌培养及扫描电镜观察研究。结果 :导管表面的炎性附着物和结晶体的数量随着导管留置时间的延长而逐渐增多 ,留置 4周以下的导管其表面炎性渗出物和结晶体的数量明显少于留置 4周以上的导管。进一步的分析发现 ,肾和输尿管结石及输尿管狭窄手术中使用的导管其表面炎性渗出物数量明显多于其它原因行输尿管膀胱再植术中安置的导管。结论 :一般情况下 ,体内留置双“J”导管的时间不应超过
Objective:To investigate the change on the surface of double J stent with the time following indwelling in the human body and its relationship with original disease Methods:A prospective study of 26 double J stents in 25 patients was performed by bacteria culture and scanning electron microscopy Results:The inflammatory adherence and encrustation of these stents increases with the time the stent is indwelling The quantity of this adhesion and encrustation in the stents indwelling for 4 weeks or above was found to be more than those indwelling under 4 weeks The double J stents used in the operation of upper urinary tract stone and ureteral stricture had more inflammatory adherence than those used in the ureterocystostomy for the other disease Conclusion:The results suggest that the indwelling time of the stent should not exceed 4 weeks
