男必康茶的药效学研究

PHARMACEUTICAL STUDY OF NANBIKANG TEA

目的 :研制开发治疗前列腺增生新药男必康茶。方法 :选用抑制增生、抗菌、解热、利尿及增强免疫的方法 ,对其进行药效学研究。结果 :男必康茶 7.5 g/ kg灌胃给药能使丙酸睾丸素造成的大、小鼠前列腺增生的前列腺指数降低 ,减轻大鼠棉球肉芽肿的质量 ;增加金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及甲链球菌所致小鼠死亡的动物存活数 ;提高小鼠 HC50 和碳末廓清指数 ;而对角叉菜胶引起的大鼠肛温升高及大鼠的尿量无明显影响。结论 :男必康茶具有一定抑制前列腺增生、抗菌及增强免疫作用 。

Objective:To develop the new medicine “Nanbikang” for treatment of prostate hypertrophy Methods:Pharmaceutically study the therapy of prostate hypertrophy,inhibition of bacteria,potentiation of immunity,antipyretic test and diuretic test Results:At a dose of 7 5 g/kg (ig),the medicine reduced prostate hypertrophy induced by testosterone proliferation caused by planting cotton piller subcutaneously in rats and increased number of survival mice intoxicated by injection of bacteria staphylococcus aureas,Escherichia Coli and Streptococcus hemolytis α and increased HC\-\{50\} and clearance index for carbon particles in mice However,it was not found to have antipyretic and diuretic actions Conclusion:This medicine possesses actions of inhibiting hypertrophy of prostate,inhibiting bacteria and potentiating immunity
