摘要
目的 :探讨广西沼蛙的核型。方法 :沼蛙经秋水仙素处理后 ,取其骨髓细胞直接制作染色体标本片 ,并进行核型分析。结果 :本实验蛙的二倍体染色体 2 n=2 6,由 5对大型染色体和 8对小型染色体组成 ;染色体简式为 :8m+5 sm;在 No.5、6、 8、 10可见次缢痕 ,其中 No.6具有明显次缢痕。结论 :广西沼蛙的核型与广东。
Objective:To study the karyotype structure of Guangxi's rana guentheri boulenger Methods:The specimen slice was made by the direct method of marrow cell of rana guentheri boulenger handled by colchicine and the karyotype was analysed Results:The chromosomes observed in the experiment are diploids,2n=26,which are composed of 5 pairs which are of large type and 8 pairs of small type The karyotype is a 8 m+5 sm in simplified form In No 5,6,8,10,the secondary constriction is seen,and it is obvious in No 6 Conclusion:There are the differences between the karyotype of Guangxi's rana guentheri boulenger and that of Guangdong's and Sichuan's rana guentheri boulenger
