p27^(kip1)对前列腺癌的预后意义

PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF p27 kip1 IN PROSTATE CANCER

目的：了解ｐ２７ｋｉｐ１免疫组化分析对前列腺癌病人预后判断的价值。方法：对４３例接受了根治性前列腺切除术的Ｔ１／Ｔ２期前列腺癌患者的前列腺标本用ＡＢＣ法作ｐ２７ｋｉｐ１和Ｋｉ－６７免疫组化检查。结果：肿瘤细胞中ｐ２７ｋｉｐ１免疫组化染色阳性细胞比例大的病例预后较好而阳性细胞比例小的预后较差，其差别有统计学的非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。多因素分析也提示ｐ２７ｋｉｐ１为一个独立的前列腺癌预后因素（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ｐ２７ｋｉｐ１是一个有价值的前列腺癌预后因素。
