地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿产前绒毛、羊水中巨细胞病毒DNA的检测

摘要 目的:了解地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿宫内人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染状况。方法:应用聚合酶链反应技术(PCR)对47例地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿产前绒毛组织、羊水细胞DNA进行回顾性人巨细胞病毒DNA(HCMV-DNA)检测。结果:产前绒毛组织29例,检出HCMV-DNA2例,阳性率为6.9%;羊水细胞18例,检出HCMV-DNA1例,阳性率为5.6%。结论:地中海贫血高危妊娠胎儿与本地区的正常人群一样,产前绒毛、羊水中HCMV感染率较低。 Objective:To investigate HCMV infection states of the fetuses with the risk of thalassemia major during gestation Methods:Polymerase chain reaction (PCR)was used to detect Human Cytomegalovirus DNA (HCMV DNA) in 29 chorionic villi samples and 18 amnionic fliud samples with the risk of thalassemia major Results:2 of the 29 chorionic villi samples and 1 of 18 amnionic fluid samples were positive in HCMV DNA Positive rates were 6 9% and 5 6% Conclusion:HCMV infection rate in the fetuses with the risk of thalassemia major during pregnancy was the same as the normal natives
