黄花苜蓿表型分异种质的种子蛋白图谱研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用10%SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对黄花苜蓿9个形态分异种质的种子蛋白图谱进行了研究。结果显示:9份不同种质的种子可溶性蛋白总带数为58条,其中20条多态性带,占总带数的34.5%;谱带分子量在3.7~92.73 KD之间;不同黄花苜蓿种质材料的种子蛋白之间既有高度的相似性,又有一定的异质性;种质H和种质I的相似系数为1,在种子蛋白水平上没有检测到二者的遗传差异,其余在形态学上表现出差异的种质,在种子蛋白水平上均检测到了遗传变异。 Using 10% gel SDS-PAGE,the seed dissoluble proteins of nine Medicago falcata germplasms(A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H and I) were analyzed.The results showed that the total dissoluble protein bands of the nine germplasms were 58.There were 41 common bands,and 17 polymorphism bands.The ratio of polymorphism bands was 29.31%.The molecular weight of the bands was between 3.7~92.73 KD.There were common bands and different bands among most germplasms,most of the germplasms could be discriminated from each other based on seed dissoluble proteins.The similarity between germplasm H and I was 1,there was no differences in seed dissoluble proteins between them.Others that showed differences in morphology had genetic differences in seed proteins.
