我国第三方物流服务创新的路径和策略选择研究

Research on the Ways of Service Innovation and Tactics Choice of the Third Party Logistics in China

分析了当前我国第三方物流服务发展存在的物流服务内容单一、基础物流服务效率低下、物流服务质量不高等5个方面的主要问题。指出我国第三方物流服务创新的路径是提升物流服务层次,促使第三方物流服务往高端化发展。并给出了物流增值服务策略、物流绿色化服务策略等4个大方面的策略选择。以宝供物流企业集团为例作了论证。

This paper analyzes the existed problems in the third party logistics service, such as unitary logistic service, lower efficiency of basic logistics service, lower service quality etc.,. It points out that the innovation ways of the third party logistics service is to raise the level of logistics service and promote the third party logistics service developing to its higher end, and puts forward 4 tactics choices, such as value-added logistics service, green logistics service etc.. Also taking Baogong Logistics Group as example, it proves its theory
