蒲元胃康胶囊治疗慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的效果

THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF PU YUAN WEI KANG ON CHRONIC GASTRITIS AND PEPTIC ULCER

目的观察蒲元胃康胶囊对慢性胃炎和消化性溃疡的治疗效果。②方法选择４２０例上消化道疾病病人作为研究对象，其中１００例慢性胃炎病人（双盲组）随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组４４例服安慰剂，治疗组５６例和开放组３２０例（慢性胃炎２６４例，胃溃疡１９例，十二指肠球部溃疡３７例）均给予蒲元胃康胶囊治疗。③结果治疗组和开放组中大部分病人服药３～１２ｄ后症状有不同程度减轻，７～２０ｄ大部分症状消失；该两组病人的症状、影像学或病理学改善情况明显好于对照组（Ｈｃ＝１３．９５～６１．６６，Ｐ＜０．０１），仅有少数病人出现恶心和大便稍干结等不良反应。④结论蒲元胃康胶囊是治疗慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡的理想中成药。

Objective\ To study the curative effects of Pu Yuan Wei Kang on chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.\ Methods\ 420 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer were divided into two groups: random double blind group (100 cases of chronic gastritis) and open treatment group ( n =320). In the double blind group, 100 patients were divided into 2 groups: ( n =56) Pu Yuan Wei Kang group and the control group ( n =44 given placebo). Of 320 patients in the open treatment group, 264 with chronic gastritis, 19 with gastric ulcer and 37 with duodenal ulcer were also treated with Pu Yuan Wei Kang.\ Results\ The clinic symptoms of most patients in Pu Yuan Wei Kang group and the open treatment group were improved in 3-12 days and the symptoms disappeared in 7-20 days. The improvement of symptoms, radiologic and pathological patterns were significantly higher in open Pu Yuan Wei Kang groups than in control group ( H c=13.95-61.66,P <0.01). Only a few patients felt nausea and slight constipation in Pu Yuan Wei Kang groups.\ Conclusion\ Pu Yuan Wei Kang is an ideal traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer.
