摘要
目的探讨急症皮瓣移植一期修复足部重度碾压伤的效果。②方法采用局部皮瓣转移和游离皮瓣移植急症修复足部重度碾压伤４６例。③结果皮瓣全部成活，创面获得有效修复。随访１～７年，修复皮瓣质地优良，耐磨，感觉好，关节活动优良。④结论急症皮瓣一期修复足部重度碾压伤能很好地解决肌腱、韧带、关节、骨裸露及皮肤缺损修复难题，最大限度地恢复足的功能。
Objective\ To study the effect of repairing severe foot crush injuries of emergency with flap transplantation. Methods\ 46 emergency cases with severe foot crush injuries were repaired with local transfer flaps or free flaps transplantation. Results\ All the flaps transplanted survived and the wounds were effectively covered. During the follow up survey (y=1-7), the flaps had good quality, keen senses, resistance to grind, and sensitive motion of the joints.\ Conclusion\ The flap transplantation can be applied to the repairment of the bare tendons, ligaments, joints and bones and the defect of skin, and make the foot function recovered to the maximum.
