炎得安治疗盆腔炎和预防剖宫产术后感染的效果

EFFECT OF YAN DE AN GRANULES IN THE TREATMENT OF PELVIPERITONITIS AND IN THE PREVENTION OF INFECTION AFTER CESAREAN DELIVERY

目的探讨炎得安冲剂在治疗盆腔炎和预防剖宫产术后感染中的意义。②方法将１３９例慢性盆腔炎病人随机分为两组，其中１００例用炎得安治疗，３９例作为阳性对照组，服用金鸡冲剂。将１４９例行剖宫产病人随机分为３组，２５例采用炎得安冲剂治疗，４５例静滴抗生素，７９例炎得安与抗生素联用。③结果治疗慢性盆腔炎，炎得安组的疗效优于金鸡冲剂组，两组比较差异有显著性（ｕｃ＝８．３６，Ｐ＜０．０１）。炎得安组及炎得安加抗生素组的剖宫产术后感染率明显低于抗生素组（χ２＝１２．５２，３１．３５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。④结论炎得安冲剂对盆腔炎有良好的治疗效果，对预防剖宫产术后感染有一定的临床意义。

Objective\ To investigate the clinical significance of chinese herbal medicine Yan De An granules in treating pelviperitonitis and preventing infection after cesarean delivey.\ Methods\ 139 cases of pelviperitonitis were randomly divided into 2 groups: Yan De An group ( n =100) and Jin Ji control group ( n =39). 149 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into 3 groups: Yan De An group ( n =25), antibiotic (iv.) group ( n =45) and Yan De An+antibiotic group ( n =79).\ Results\ In treating pelviperitonitis, the effective rate of Yan De An was significantly higher than that of Jin Ji ( u c=8.36,P <0.01). After cesarean delivery, the infection rates in Yan De An group and Yan De An+antibiotic group were significantly lower than that of antibiotic group ( χ 2=12.52,31.35,P <0.01).\ Conclusion\ Yan De An granules has curative effects for pelviperitonitis and clinical significance in the prevention of infection after cesarean delivery.
