我国已进入老龄化社会，老年人的居住现状亟待解决，本文阐述美国老年社区的特点，分析美国与我国老年社区发展背景的差异，提出我国老年社区的发展方向。

Our county has been classified as ＂aged＂ . The issue of providing for the aged should be solved. This thesis describes the characteristics of the U.S. Aged communities, analysis differences of aged community between the United States and china in background, and proposed the development of older communities.
