太仓市农村社区卫生服务站急诊资源现状调查分析

Resources for emergency medical care in rural community health service stations of Taicang City, Jiangsu Province

目的 调查江苏省太仓市农村社区卫生服务站急诊资源现状和存在问题.方法 对太仓市92家农村社区卫生服务站进行问卷调查,对25家还进行实地调查.结果 74家社区卫生服务站医师总数217人,护士17人;5家单位配备抢救室;51家社区卫生服务站在非服务时间段提供应急服务;35家配备氧气瓶,1家配备吸引器,1家配备简易呼吸器,3家备环甲膜穿刺针,31家配备急救箱,21家配备快速血糖仪;基本急救技术的开展率不足25%.电脑能与外部网络（包括新型农村合作医疗电脑系统）连接的11家,21家服务站医务人员不了解网络知识,极少使用网络.结论 太仓市农村社区卫生服务站急救体系不能满足需求.

Objective To investigate the resources for emergency medical care and current problems of the rural community health service stations of Taicang City, Jiangsu Province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 92 rural community health service stations in Taicang City, and field survey was carried out in 25 of the 92 stations. Results There were 217 physicians and 17 nurses none of which were of senior professional title. Emergency rooms were established in 5 stations, and suction apparatus and simple respirator were provided in 1 station respectively. 35 stations were equipped with oxygen cylinder, 31 with first-aid kits, 21 with rapid blood sugar meters, and 3 with cricothyrotomy needle. The practice rate of basic first-aid skills was less than 25%. Computer was connected with external network in 11 stations, and the staff members of 21 stations completely lacked computer knowledge. Conclusion The current status of the emergency service system in the rural community health service stations in Taicang is unsatisfactory.
