重组人干扰素α-2b联合鬼臼毒素治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣临床分析

Effects of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with podophyllotoxin in treatment of female genital condyloma acuminata：clinical analysis of 218 cases

目的 探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合鬼臼毒素局部应用治疗女性生殖器尖锐湿疣的疗效.方法 218例女性生殖器尖锐湿疣病例,年龄（21.35±15.13）（16～43）岁,病程1～6个月,随机分为对照组102例和治疗组116例.对照组用鬼臼毒素涂搽病灶局部,2次/d,连用3 d停药4 d为1个疗程,可根据病变程度连续用1～3个疗程.治疗组在局部使用鬼臼毒素涂搽的同时给予重组人干扰素α-2b阴道放药,80万单位,1次/d,连续用10 d为一疗程,共1～2疗程.结果 2组治愈率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但两组复发率、人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）转阴率比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 重组人干扰素α-2b联合鬼臼毒素局部外搽治疗方案可有效防止尖锐湿疣复发及清除人乳头瘤病毒.

Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with podophyllotoxin in treatment of female genital condyloma acuminata （CA）. Methods 218 patients of female genital CA, aged （21.35±15.13） （16 - 43）, with the course of 1 - 6 months, were randomly divided into 2 groups, control group （n=102, in which podophyllotoxin was smeared on local lesions 2 times daily for 3 days and then withdrawn, such a course of treatment was resumed 4 days later for 1 - 3 times totally）, and treatment group （n=116, in which in addition to the above-mentioned use of podophyllotoxin capsule with 800 thousand international units of recombinant human interferon ot-2b was put into the vagina once every day for 10 days, totally 1 - 2 courses were given）. The clinical manifestations were observed, and PCR was used to detect the existence of human papiloma virus （HPV）. Result The curative rate of the treatment group was 94%, not significantly different from that of the control group （90.2%., P〉 0.05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 5%, significantly lower than that of the control group （25.5%, P〈 0.05）. The negative conversion rate of HPV of the treatment group was 94.8%, significantly higher than that of the control group （64.7%, P〈 0.01）. Only mild local adverse reactions were seen and no systematic reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with podophyllotoxin is effective in treatment of CA and eradication of HPV.
