摘要 静态混合器是不改变管径和流量前提下提高湍动的装置,由于其没有运动部件、体积小造价低、安装紧凑,可连续操作等优点,因此可在一定范围内替代搅拌槽。众所周知,搅拌槽是制药行业中最常见的混合设备,笔者在这里结合实践向大家介绍一种新型混合设备——静态混和器。1997年我们所在车间由于引进新工艺。
