地椒叶腺毛发育的扫描电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 利用扫描电子显微镜对地椒不同发育时期叶表面的腺毛进行了观察,结果表明:地椒叶的腺毛有两种类型,头状腺毛和盾状腺毛。头状腺毛由1个基细胞、1个柄细胞和1个头部分泌细胞组成;盾状腺毛由1个基细胞、1个柄细胞和12个头部分泌细胞组成,4个在中央,8个在边缘;两种腺毛均在芽中已经发育完成,发育过程中,头状腺毛几乎没有很大变化,盾状腺毛逐步下陷到叶表面下,形成角质层下间隙,通过角质层破裂,释放分泌物质。 The different developmental stages of glandular trichomes on the leaves of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.were observed by the scanning electronic microscope(SEM).There were two types of glandular trichomes on the leaves of Thymus quinquecostatus Celak.,which were capitate trichomes and peltate trichomes,respectively.The capitate trichome was composed of a basal cell,a stalk cell and a head secretory cell.The peltate trichome was composed of a basal cell,a stalk cell and 12 head secretory cells.Four of the head secretory cells were in the center,and the other eight were at the periphery.The two kinds of glandular trichomes had already fully developed in the bud.The capitate trichome changed little during the developing process of leaves.The peltate trichome subsided down the leaf surface gradually,forming the gap under the cuticle.The secretory material was released through the cuticle rupture.
